A video has captured the moment the Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State, Patricia Obila, was seen sharing N1,000 each to commercial motorcyclists and physically challenged persons to alleviate poverty.

The video, which has gained attention, shows the deputy governor personally distributing the money to the needy in what appeared to be a public outreach effort.
