Nigerian activist, Martins Vincent Otse aka VeryDarkMan has accused the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), of extorting money from high-profile celebrities, including DJ Tunez, a close associate of Wizkid, and singer, Terry Apala.

According to VeryDarkMan, the EFCC invited DJ Tunez and Terry Apala for questioning, only to confiscate their phones upon arrival.

The celebrities were then allegedly shown a compromising clip of them abusing the Naira and coerced into settling the matter, with the EFCC referencing the recent scandal involving Bobrisky.

Verydarkman claims that the two celebrities were driven to a secure location, where they were forced to pay a hefty sum of $5,000 to $6,000.

VeryDarkMan publicly denounced the EFCC, stating, “EFCC are very corrupt, the corruption has eaten them deep, and a lot of them take advantage of their office to exploit young individuals and now, moving fast to start exploiting some celebrities.”

The critic has expressed his willingness to be investigated by the commission, emphasizing his commitment to exposing the truth.
