Nigerians have taken to the ‘X’ platform to slam the National Agency for Food Drugs and Administration (NAFDAC) over the rise in the cases of kidney failure experienced by Nigerians over fake drinks consumed in the country.
On Tuesday, popular video director, TG Omori revealed that he had kidney failure. On Wednesday he revealed that he had received an organ transplant even though it wasn’t successful.
Nigerians now searched his previous tweets as far back as last year where he revealed consumption of fake drinks was the cause of his malaise.
NAFDAC is now trending on X, as Nigerians have called on the agency to start working or be shut down, saying there is a high proliferation of fake drugs, fake alcoholic drinks, fake soft drinks and fake foods.
