A Nigerian man, Emmanuel Richard Essien, has engaged his girlfriend four months after they started dating.

In a video that has gone viral, Essien said he and his woman never liked each other at first but the love grew over time.

He then went on his knees to propose to her and then promised her a lifetime of happiness.
