Following weeks of complaining of economic hardship, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Joe Igbokwe has sent a message to Nigerians on the country’s independence day.

According to him, Nigerians who hate the country may find it difficult to make progress in their endeavours.

Igbokwe made the remark in a post on his official Facebook page while commemorating the nation’s 64th Independence Day anniversary.

He wrote, “believe that you have a beautiful country in your hands. Love Nigeria and Nigeria will love you back. Celebrate Nigeria and Nigeria will celebrate you.

Igbokwe further described Nigeria as the most endowed nation in the continent.

According to him, Nigeria remains the “most populated, most educated, most talented, most blessed with good weather, fertile land full of beautiful landscape”.
