Herbert Wigwe’s Father Debunks Reports Claiming He Requested 20% of His Late Son’s Estate

In the press statement signed by one, Emeka Wigwe, the family denied such allegations and stated that there was no dispute over the estate of the late bank executive.

Pastor Shyngle Wigwe, father of late banker, Herbert Wigwe has denied reports that he demanded 20% of his son’s entire estate.

He also debunked claims that he is planning to disinherit his grandchildren.

In a statement, the family expressed their dismay over these unfounded rumors, emphasizing that such claims are not only false but also deeply hurtful during this difficult time of mourning.

In the press statement signed by one, Emeka Wigwe, the family denied such allegations and stated that there was no dispute over the estate of the late bank executive.

These reports, unfortunately, have gained significant traction across both social and national media. While we respect the role of the press in disseminating news, it is imperative that such reports are based on truth and accuracy.

“To clarify, Pastor Shyngle Wigwe has never sought 20% of the estate of the late Herbert Wigwe, and no such request has been made by any family member. The claim in these reports that Pastor Wigwe intended to disinherit his grandchildren is entirely false and grossly misleading. As a devoted Christian and loving father, Pastor Wigwe has always prioritized the well-being and unity of his family.
