Ubi Franklin, a close associate of popular Nigerian singer, Davido, has weighed in on the ongoing custody battle between Davido and Sophia Momodu over their daughter, Imade.

He expressed empathy and understanding for both parties, acknowledging the challenges of parenting and the importance of support over judgment.

He wrote on his Instagram story: “Never judge a pain you have never been through. This fatherhood struggle is not easy, we pray for God’s blessings and strength.”

His comments came after Sophia Momodu’s counter affidavit alleged negligence by Davido regarding his late son, prompting a response from Davido on social media.
