Popular Nigerian disc jockey, DJ Neptune has reacted to the arrest of singers Omah Lay and Tems by sharing his experience when he vis ited Uganda last year.
The duo were arrested last Sunday for flouting Covid-19 protocols as they performed at an unathorized concer in Kampala.
The news came as a surprise to Neptune, considering he had a great time in the East African country.
