Sen Samuel Anyanwu has been declared as the legitimate National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) by the Supreme Court.
The apex court, in its landmark ruling on Friday, also set aside the earlier judgement of the Court of Appeal in Enugu.
