A Nigerian lady has bought a duplex three months after vacating her shop following the landlord‘s N500K increase in rent.

She took to TikTok to share her win.

The businesswoman with the handle, @thiasradiant_ng explained her decision to leave the shop and continue operating her business from home.

According to her, Initially, she had been paying N900,000, but the landlord suddenly increased it to N1.4 million without pity.

“I moved my stuff back to my house, but God was not done with me. Business was booming, and within three months, we bought a duplex for my business,” she captioned the video.
