Chief Olorogun Taleb Tebite, the Executive Director of Projects of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), died in a Lagos hospital on Monday night.
Tebite, a prominent palace chief of the Olomu Kingdom, was said to have been briefly ill and rushed to a hospital where he passed.
Tebite until his death was a frontline leader of the Peoples Democratic Party in Delta state.
Vanguard gathered that he was sick for about a month before his death. “He was a good man. He was sick for about a month and even flown abroad at a time for treatment. Sad to hear of his death today “, a source in the commission said.
