A young Nigerian lady has sparked some discussion on social media after she defied heavy rain to attend class, only to discover she was the only one there and got rewarded by the lecturer.

This was revealed in a video she made available on her page on the popular social media platform, TikTok.

In the video, the lady showed her face while revealing through the caption that she came to class despite the heavy rain, only to find that she was the only student who made it.

She also mentioned that the lecturer who was supposed to take the course had arrived and was leaving.

The caption reads: “You came to class when it was raining only to find only one student and saw the lecturer leaving.”

An additional caption was made available by the lady, explaining that she was eventually rewarded by the lecturer with 10 marks for making herself available for his class despite the rain.

It reads: “I was sad for the lecturer but at least I got 10 marks for free.”
