A viral video has captured the moment a man who claimed to be the captain of the boat conveying actor, Jnr Pope and other crew members before the unfortunate accident that led to their demise.

In a viral video, the man alleged that the late actor refused to rent a life jacket saying he doesn’t have money.

The man also alleged that the deceased actor and some others on the boat refused to appease the powers of the river, insisting that they were children of God.

He said he was able to come out alive because he could swim and that he was also able to save a lady who was on the boat.
